Jessica is an Associate Professor in the Management Department at Siena University (previously College). Previously she studied at Rutgers-Newark University until being awarded her PhD, working with John Cantwell on measuring complexity in globally distributed knowledge building. Her international business research focuses on collaboration patterns in formal and informal settings in global settings.
She is the current MBA Program Director at Siena University, where she teaches courses on Global Responsible Leadership, International Business Management, and Doing Responsible Business Abroad. Jessica is a professionally trained teacher and was New York State certified before moving to teach exclusively in higher ed. Many of her classes have included local and global humanitarian work by leveraging the tools of international business.
